"We had just drove in from Texas, U-Haul pulling a vehicle and my car packed full, hoping we would be able to drive up in our new driveway. Unfortunately, miscommunication between real estate agents, our house was rented out from under us, leaving us in a HUGE bind. We had to find a hotel ASAP, plus we were due to return the U-Haul that night to avoid another day charge, and now NOWHERE to unload it! I made an easy reservation online, and almost immediately Jennifer contacted me to confirm the reservation, thank goodness. We were in such a frantic with where to put our things, we lost the house we thought we had, now we were gonna have to stay in hotels. I'm sure I was a hot mess, but Jennifer was so compassionate, EMPATHETIC and so so very helpful in every way. Explained it all to me, how to get in/out the gate, find my unit, and options to pay my bill. ABSOLUTELY the BEST customer service I have EVER received ANYWHERE, I truly mean that! Thank you!"
